Oy! Who ate my camel?

“As soon as we heard of this, we quickly replaced it with a bigger and better-looking camel. The new camel will be sent to Paris. We are ashamed of what happened to the camel. It was a present that did not deserve this fate.” An embarrassed Malian official apologises to French President Francois Hollande after a local family tasked with looking after Hollande’s camel ate it instead. The camel was given as a gift by Mali’s government as thanks for France’s military support against northern rebels.
